Our goal is to ship ordered products as quickly as possible. Most products are in stock in our own warehouse and will therefore be shipped immediately. If we do not have the product in stock, these products will be ordered immediately and we often receive them the same day.
We are not dropshippers. Everything is shipped from our own warehouse.

Which delivery services do you work with?
We currently work with 2 delivery services: DHL and PostNL. In the future, we will explore the possibility of working with other services, but for now, we will stick with the two mentioned above.
What are your shipping costs?
For the Netherlands: Standard shipping costs are €6.95. If the total order value is higher than €175, we will cover the shipping costs.
For Belgium: Standard shipping costs are €7.95. If the order is above €175, you only pay €3.50 shipping costs.
For Germany: Standard shipping costs are €8.99 - €13 (depends on the weight).
My package has not been delivered, what now?
As soon as we hand over your package to our delivery services, the delivery services are responsible and will do everything they can to deliver every package on time. Unfortunately, due to busy periods or external factors, a package may be delivered later. You can see where the package is using the track and trace code. If you have any questions about the delivery, it is best to contact the delivery service. If that doesn't work, you can contact us via our live chat or by email.
